Microsoft Business Certification
前不久终于把啃了几个月的 CWNA 考过，先要赞一下编写 CWNA: Certified Wireless Network Administrator Official Study Guide 的编者 David D. Coleman 和David A. Westcott，写出了一本通俗易懂且内容丰富的好书。如果你想全方位了解 WLAN 无线局域网络，不论你是否愿意去考 CWNA 认证，这本书我都会极力推荐！
话说 CWSP 的PW0-104认证明年Q1就会改版，教材也会在2月份升级，到时候请哪位去美国的大侠再帮我背回来就好了，哈哈。
今天在网上乱转，发现 Microsoft Business Certification 认证，认证包括 Microsoft Certified Application Specialist 以及相对应的进阶认证 Microsoft Certified Application Professional 。这是一个专注于考察 Microsoft Office System 2007 的认证。想到现在任何公司对办公软件应用的要求越来越高，跟 迪姆 讨论之后，决定学学看看。麻烦的是 MCAP 不是在微软99%认证授权的 Prometric 考点而是在上海的 Certiport 考试中心。
Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS)
The Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) credential validates skills in using the 2007 Microsoft Office system and the Windows Vista operating system, meeting the demand for the most up-to-date skills on the latest Microsoft technologies. Candidates who successfully complete the program by passing a certification exam show that they can meet globally recognized performance standards.
Candidates must pass one certification exam in order to earn the MCAS credential.

Windows 7 Whopper 汉堡
Windows 7的周边推广已做到极致，美式快餐店汉堡王Burger King在Windows 7的发布日也就是今天，在日本公布了一款名叫 Windows 7 Whopper 的汉堡。
这款汉堡最大特点是包含7层牛肉，厚达13厘米，并且售价为777日元（合8.53美元）。

Apple Magic Mouse
Magic Mouse 使用了和 iPhone，iPod touch 以及新 MacBook trackpad相同的多点触控技术，利用这项苹果引以为傲的独门绝学，用户只需触摸鼠标表面做出相应的手势动作就可以实现各项操作，整个鼠标就是一个大按键，用户可以自由得在鼠标表面上任何位置进行划动和点击的操作。这块平滑的触摸板可以说完全取代传统鼠标的按键，滚轮和轨迹球等等，并还可以实现更加多样的操作。除了系统标准设定的点击和滑动操作，用户还可以配置自己想要的其他的操作，让使用更加符合自己的习惯；甚至如果你实在不能习惯这种前为的操作，你还能关闭多点触控功能，解除它的魔法让它变回一个普通鼠标。

802.11n Standard Ratified!!
据美国《Network World》报道，9月11日，IEEE最终正式批准通过了802.11n高速WLAN标准。
下面简短地列出了802.11n标准进程中所发生的一些里程碑事件.
2002年9月：IEEE高吞吐量研究组成立，专门探讨提升WLAN速度的可行性。
2003年9月：IEEE成立802.11n任务组，负责创设100+MbpsWLAN标准。
2004年10月：贝尔金（Belkin）公司发布“前11n”接入点，采用了Airgo网络（后被高通收购）研制的首个商用MIMO芯片组。
2005年7月：11n草案1获通过，引发激烈争议，如今已被人遗忘的各种竞争性技术开始拉选票。
2006年7月：戴尔为其最新推出的笔记本电脑发布了草案-11nWi-Fi网卡，采用的是Broadcom芯片。
2006年8月：Wi-Fi联盟调整了其正式标准不出不测试WLAN设备的立场，开始进行测试。
2007年3月：草案2获通过。
2007年5月：在Interop展会上，Colubris、Trapeze和Ruckus无线等公司发布了企业级11n网络设备，最终获得Wi-Fi联盟的认证。
2007年6月：Wi-Fi联盟发布了11n互操作性测试及认证程序。
2007年9月：Burton集团分析师Paul Debeasi在一份颇有争议的报告中提出了802.11n是否意味着“接入以太网终结”的观点。思科也发布了它的收款11n接入点。
2007年11月：首个大规模11n网络部署，即莫里斯威尔州立大学利用Meru公司WLAN产品构建的园区网投入运营。
2008年1月：万胜发布3×3 MIMO 11n芯片组，代号为TopDog 11n-450，号称可提供450Mbps速率。
2008年8月：英国电信北美公司的调查发现，226家企业中有三分之一将在未来12个月内迁移到11n，另有20%的企业会在24个月实施迁移。
2008年9月：IEEE成立了两个千兆无线任务组，一个研究6GHz频段，另一个研究60GHz频段。
2009年9月11日：IEEE标准委员会终于批准通过802.11n成为正式标准。
